Payment and delivery

To buy SiS sports nutrition, add products to your cart, provide the required details and place your order. We will contact you to confirm the order and provide payment details.

Payment methods

You can pay for your products using whichever of these methods is convenient:

• PrivatBank or monobank card. We will provide the current payment details after you place your order. Payment can be made through online banking, a bank counter or a terminal.
• Nova Poshta cash on delivery. Pay for the products when collecting the parcel from a branch or parcel locker, or when it is delivered by courier.
• Cash payment. Available by prior arrangement. Details can be confirmed through the Contact page.

Delivery options

Before your products are dispatched by Nova Poshta, you can choose delivery to a branch, a parcel locker or an address by courier. When placing the order, provide your first name, last name, telephone number, city and branch number or delivery address.

Sports nutrition orders of UAH 2,500 or more qualify for free delivery. Free delivery means that we pay the Nova Poshta delivery charge to any branch or parcel locker in Ukraine.

Orders can be collected from our Kyiv warehouse only by prior arrangement.

We deliver SiS sports nutrition to Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv, Rivne, Chernivtsi, Vinnytsia, Mykolaiv, Khmelnytskyi, Uzhhorod, Lutsk, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, Kherson, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Kropyvnytskyi, Zhytomyr, Sumy, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil and other locations across Ukraine.
