ZONE3 Premium Buoyancy Shorts are an advanced version of the swim-training shorts first introduced by the brand in 2008. Their construction provides extra lift through the hips and legs to help swimmers and triathletes work on body position and technique.
They are particularly useful for swimmers whose legs sit low in the water. Added buoyancy raises the lower body, supports balance and lets the swimmer focus on the stroke.
